agree that said puppy/dog___________________________ will not be used for
breeding purposes.
I, _______________________, agree to have said puppy/dog spayed by age six (6)
months or no later than __________ (date).
I, _______________________, agree to have proof (receipt, documentation) sent
back to the Lil Texas Doxies provided to me by a State Licensed Veterinarian at
time of spaying/neutering.
The Lil Texas Doxies_______________ will withhold the AKC registration
application on said puppy/dog and will then send the AKC registration
application to the buyer by mail once proof of the spay/neuter has been
received.
Breaking this contract forfeits all rights to any AKC registration and health
guarantee on said puppy/dog.
By signing this agreement, the buyer understands that the breeder will hold the AKC paperwork. The vet statement must be on the veterinarian’s letterhead. Upon the breeder reviewing the statement and being satisfied that the procedure has been performed, the breeder will mark the AKC paperwork as “limited AKC registration” and send the registration papers to the buyer.
I/We have read and understand the above agreement and agree to abide by all
matters set forth in the above paragraphs.
Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration.
A dog registered with an AKC Limited Registration shall be ineligible to be entered in a breed competition in a licensed or member dog show.
It is eligible, however, to be entered in any other licensed or member event.
These events include: Obedience, Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility and Earth dog.
