The Breeder guarantees this puppy is a purebred Dachshund with AKC registration. The Breeder guarantees this dog to be in good health at the time of purchase to the  best of my knowledge. The Breeder also guarantees the puppy has had appropriate vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to the puppy’s age. This guarantee is not a long-term/ genetic guarantee. This guarantee is good against life threatening diseases, not parasites or Coccidia. The Breeder does not guarantee the puppy that develops hypoglycemia or diarrhea due to stress or improper diet after the sale. The Breeder will only refund the deposit amount if the puppy is injured or dies in the care of the seller. If the buyer changes his/her mind for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. After the balance and shipping (if applicable) is paid, the buyer has up until 1 week prior to shipping to receive a refund minus the deposit amount. If the buyer "backs out on the deal" for any reason within the last week before shipping or pickup, the breeder will only refund 1/2 of the total money paid on dog and shipping (if shipping was paid).

It is recommended that the Buyer have the dog examined within 48 hours of purchase. IF the puppy is not examined by a  licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after taking possession of the puppy, the guarantee is VOID (If you get your puppy on a holiday or on a weekend then as soon as regular business day resumes you have 48 hours to have puppy check by a licensed veterinarian. The Buyer may return said dog **at the buyers expense** to the Breeder within 72 hours with a written veterinarian explanation of defect. Under no circumstances will vet fees or shipping be refunded. It is then the Breeder's choice to refund the purchase price less the non-refundable deposit amount, or replace the puppy with a comparable puppy. If a new puppy is issued to the buyer, the buyer will assume the new shipping cost as well.

The Buyer agrees to pay in full for the puppy, and shipping (if applicable), before pickup or shipping. The Buyer promises to maintain the dog at all times in good health with recommended vaccinations and periodic veterinarian check-ups.

The Breeder makes no guarantee as to adult size, color, conformation or breeding ability of the puppy or dog. Any information given to you in these regards is simply the Breeder's educated guess/ opinion.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for the health and injury of the puppy after the puppy leaves the sellers premises. It is the Purchasers responsibility to take the precautionary steps to protect the puppy from dangerous or infected situations until the puppy has had its series of proper vaccinations.  

If puppy gets sick and dies within 48 hours after purchase, purchaser (at purchaser’s expense) must have an autopsy performed to prove cause of death. Puppy will be replaced or the purchase price refunded (at sellers option), if an illness puppy had prior to sale, providing all of the terms of this contract are complied with, caused death.  

If buyer can no longer care for animal at anytime during its lifetime in the unforeseen event they can no longer keep it, we will be happy to take our puppy/dog back at buyers expense without compensation to seller and re-home the puppy/dog.

The buyer has read the contract and understands all within in it.

Purchase and sale of said dog/puppy shall fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of county of Cherokee in the State Of Texas
